Later in the day I might pay the $30 to access BMW TIS since I can find absolutely no DIY videos or writeups for the F25 radiator anywhere. It wasn't that bad to get it out, but now I'm stuck with this seemingly wrong part that's supposed to be the right part. If anyone has also run into this I would love it if you could shed some light on this.
OP, just out of curiosity, have you driven an X3 equipped with the bi-xenon adaptive headlights (H.I.D.s) at night, and if so, how do your new LEDs compare? I'm kinda of looking around for an F25, and have run across some with only the halogens, which I've been kinda shying away from, after having driven with the H.I.D.s in my '07 X3. To bad you can't roll 'em back up with the key on the F30. Kind of stupid that you have to get in the car to do that. You can roll them back up - if you keep your finger on the lock button the windows will go back up. Always good for when you're walking away from the car and realise you've left a window open. The X3 is perfect in many ways - not too big and not too small. The 2.0L Diesel is powerful enough, yet does have a small amount of turbo large. Inside the X3 is not as plush as the Volvo XC60 was - but it was still a nice place to be and in true BMW form, it was a delight to drive.

retrofit bigger screen and carplay. Hello all. I have a 2019 x3 with the tiny 6.5 in screen and just don't want that screen anymore and want to get the bigger 10 in screen everyone else has so I can get carplay. I am willing to retrofit the screen,and whatever parts I need but don't want to pay 3k for it. I am fine with buying the parts slowly
Check the voltage on the 10mm nut in the fuse section under the hood that is hidden where the brake fluid reservoir is. If you don’t get full voltage off the 10mm nut then you could have the same issue I had. And if you do get voltage off that line then you may have fuses inside the black box that are dead.
